Outsourced Narration/Audio - We will provide this service at no extra cost to our clients but will pass along our cost to a client if outsourced audio is requested.

Complex 2D/3D graphics and animation - Our clients offer 2D and 3D graphics as part of our standard services. By complex, we mean that we will not make a Pixar movie for you at the standard monthly rate.

Video longer than 30 minutes in a single project

Of Course! We do not have our clients sign contracts or make long term commitments. We also have a no questions asked cancellation policy. You are free to cancel anytime for any reason. If you require services at a later date, we will be happy to assist you for as long as you need us. 

Yes! We bill on the first of every month. If you cancel before the 15th of the month you will receive a full refund. Any cancellations after the 15th will result in a pro-rated refund.

Yes! We stand by our services and that we are better, faster, and lower cost than our competition. We guarantee that you will be happy with the deliverables that you receive from us.
